I just want to make a quick note (no picture) and remember how tough my little Jayden is.  She has lost quite a few teeth.  and now they are growing back.  Well, her front one was being pushed back by another tooth, that she hadn't lost, and I ended up pulling it out.  I actually got a set of pliers and a washcloth and pulled hard. 2X.  the second time I loosened it up enough for her to pull it out.  She is amazing.  It bled quite a bit, but she was a trooper.
